The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.Benefits of Joining Our Team:Nurse Practitioner led agencyPaid TrainingOngoing training and development opportunitiesFlexible schedulingAdvance payroll disbursementNo weekendsMileage reimbursementWhat We're Looking For:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursingCurrently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of FloridaRequired minimum one (1) year of nursing experience; preferred one (1) year experience in a home healthcareMust have current BLS CertificationThis position requires significant local travelA passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.Current CPR certification, experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.What You'll Be Doing:Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient's nursing needs.Meet Daily Productivity Standards.Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.Salary Range: $45 - $52/hrWhat You Can Expect:Application Review: Our recruitment team will review your application within 1 business day of submission.Initial Phone Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted for a 20–30-minute phone screening within 2 business days.Interview: Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited to a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager.
